• Rental agreements typically range from 1 to 2 years

• Returns are based on actual occupancy performance

• A 20% operational management fee is applied to rental revenue

To maintain the quality standards expected of Fasano properties, owners are responsible for:

• Adhering to Fasano’s FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) standards

• Following the Fasano maintenance and housekeeping program to preserve the residence’s condition and design integrity

• Payment of property taxes (IPTU), condominium fees, and household utility expenses
